Even before the release of this album, people have been talking about Chino XL (known as "King of Ill Lines & Punchlines"). This young rap lyricist from East Orange, NJ was originally signed to American Recordings in 1991 as half of the now-defunct Art of Origin; his fans include hip hop legends KRS-One and Kool G and hot DJs including King Tech & Sway, whose listeners made Chino's duet with Ras Kass ("Riiiot!," included here) their #3 Record of the Year in 1995. New single: "No Complex." Parental advisory logo.
